Caribbean Inspired : The Agricola Method
The “Agricola Process” means that the rum is made with 100% non processed sugarcane juice.
It gives to the rum a unique and more complex character.

We grow a special cane variety, made of an hybridization from a sugar cane and a native oaxacan cane.
​
The canes grow between 1200 and 700 meters high.

Hand Picked - Organic Canes:
A unique variety, perfectly adapted to its Terroir, provinding a rare raw material.
Naturally Fermented:
Using wood tanks made at the distillery, the juice is fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Custom Made Alembic:
Our alembic is home made by our master distiller.
Sustainable Ageing:
We use aged oak barrel and reuse them several time, the wood impact stay low and the ageing provide mainly structure to the rum.

The perfect and limpid expression of our unique sugar cane. Social Club Oro spends only 6 month on oak barrel.
A light and savoury vanilla and herbal character.

Spending 3 years in oak barrels, the Social Club Reserva is for rum aficionados.

A stronger body with chocolate and dried plum notes.
